Tuck little cello-wrapped portions into your bag and surprise your Valentines with a tempting treat!
- a few bars of good quality dark chocolate
- half as much white chocolate
- a small package of freeze dried strawberries
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave and spread it on a silicone mat, or a sheet of parchment paper.
Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on top of the dark. Make a pretty design by "feathering" -- dragging a knife through the chocolates, alternating directions.
Top with crushed strawberries.
Let it set and break into shards.
